A French Country–Inspired Wedding Venue with Front-Row Views of Pikes Peak

I recently had the chance to tour Cherry Valley Venue as they put the final touches on everything ahead of their inaugural wedding season — and this one is special.

Tucked into Franktown, Colorado, Cherry Valley Venue feels like the kind of place couples have been wishing for, especially in the southern suburbs. From the moment you step onto the property, it’s clear how much care and intention went into every detail.

The ceremony space offers unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, creating a jaw-dropping backdrop that somehow feels both grand and peaceful at the same time. It’s the kind of view that doesn’t need much else — just the people you love and the moment unfolding in front of you.

Inside the reception hall, crystal chandeliers line the ceiling, bringing in a romantic, French country–inspired vibe that feels elevated without being overdone. It’s warm, timeless, and flexible enough to feel like your wedding, not a copy of someone else’s.

One of the standout features is the outdoor space. Two decks extend out back, giving couples plenty of room to spread out, soak in the views, and enjoy the grounds. There’s also a grand fireplace that will make winter weddings and chilly Colorado nights feel cozy instead of cold — a huge win for couples planning outside the peak summer months.

And then there’s the fun stuff. Cherry Valley Venue has a 12-seater cart that transports couples, wedding parties, and photographers across several acres of picture-perfect property. From a photography perspective, that alone opens the door to so many beautiful, effortless moments throughout the day.

The groom’s suite deserves its own shoutout, too — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and actually somewhere you’d want to hang out. No afterthoughts here.

Louie and Pam have created something truly magical, and honestly, something very much needed in this part of Colorado. Cherry Valley Venue feels intentional, welcoming, and built with real wedding days in mind — not just how things look, but how they function.

If you’re planning a wedding in the southern Denver suburbs or looking for a Colorado venue that blends mountain views with refined, European-inspired charm, this is one to put on your list.

Stay tuned for updated photos as they finish the grounds!

I can’t wait to see the stories that unfold here.
